Hope Island Resort's New Generation Waterfront Villa Apartments Are Pure Quality
The next generation of luxury waterfront villa apartments
to be built on Hope Island Resort’s Lake Lugano, have
been designed with clean, crisp, contemporary style lines
while providing overtones of traditional natural finishes
in timber and stone in the overall interior design.
In recent years Hope Island Resort has concentrated on
developing ‘signature architectural style’ residential
products to provide chic living and the Lake Lugano residences
epitomize that new look. The first 10 Lake Lugano villas
sold quickly with the highest price paid being $1.25 million.
The new apartment villas present an unparalleled selection
of superb 253.83. square metre residential homes with large
living areas encompassing 360º views of the lake and
golf course.
“People will greatly benefit from the quality residential
living options available, in a resort environment that
offers a lifestyle that is second to none,” said
architect Chris Marshall of ChrisDesigns Pty Limited.
“We’ve endeavored to make the villa apartments
as unique in their design as possible by positioning them
in a ‘one up and one down’ format with each
villa apartment having street level access and large tiled
decks with water views which are perfect for entertaining
and indoor-outdoor living,” said Mr. Marshall.
“This design provides single level living with the
ground level villa having a garden and the upstairs villa
enjoying spectacular views.”
Hope Island Resort’s sales manager David Small said: “We
pride ourselves on the fact that we have a quality residential
product for virtually everyone no matter what stage of
life they are at.”
“The Gold Coast has a superb sub-tropical climate
and the relaxed Hope Island Resort outdoors lifestyle has
been carefully considered when designing the waterside
villa apartments,” he said.
“With prices in the $845-$860,000 range, the popularity
of the new residential product continues to increase with
some already selling off the plan.”
Mr. Small said interest in the Lake Lugano villas was
coming from home buyers seeking luxury waterfront homes
which provide them with security, low maintenance and the
ultimate in living environments.
The latest eight villa apartments, built in blocks of
four, have two villa apartments in each block. They all
feature high ceilings, quality fittings and fixtures and
décor with soft warm toned milky white walls with
natural timber finishes, according to the interior designer.
Paula Reardon of Paula Reardon Designs, said: “I’ve
paid special attention to creating soft warm tones throughout
and the appealing contemporary kitchens are ideal for entertaining
with their large island stone finish bench tops. Cupboards
are of a natural high gloss wood veneer finish and all
kitchens have quality European appliances.”
“The three bedrooms are carpeted in soft neutral
colors, with mirrored robes in two bedrooms, a powder room
and a magnificent ensuite bathroom featuring double vanities,
huge spa and warm natural wood finishes with a floor to
ceiling feature window and leading off from the large main
bedroom is the walk-in robe area,” she said.
The environment has been carefully considered with special
attention given to providing natural cross flow ventilation
in all rooms. Ducted air conditioning is also included.
Each villa features a full security system and an enormous
tiled balcony one metre from the waters edge equipped with
a BBQ gas point. They also have substantial storage areas
plus open plan living areas plus oversized double garage
plus a buggy space.
The upper level villa apartments have timber flooring
in the living areas, a gallery level with a study area
and the ground level villa apartments have a handy computer
recess, tiled flooring throughout the main areas and a
secluded fully landscaped courtyard garden with privacy
screening.
Mr. Small said the opportunities to secure a Hope Island
Resort lifestyle villa apartment property on Lake Lugano
were limited. “Our first release was very successful
and the interest that has been shown in this latest design
indicates that they will sell quickly,” he said.
