Spike's Executive Chef - Phil Manning - offers a selection of salads - a Traditional Caesar Salad, Chicken Caesar Salad and mouth watering chicken Japanese Golden Curry vie for a place on the plate of those diners wanting something hinting of the Orient.

There is a range of tasty open sandwiches and a special menu for children. There is also Daily Black Board Specials at Spike's and a tempting range of desserts.
